1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across India.

If your area is classified as a remote or non-serviceable location by our courier partners, we may contact you to discuss alternate shipping options.


3. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners including:

  • India Post / EMS Speed Post
  • Other regional courier partners

The courier partner will be selected based on your delivery location and product specifications.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight
  • Product dimensions
  • Number of items ordered

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. Such offers will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

6. Large Equipment & Heavy Machinery

Certain products such as:

  • Milking Machines
  • Chaff Cutters
  • Farm Machinery
  • Bulk Agricultural Equipment

may require specialized logistics arrangements.

Delivery timelines for such products will be communicated individually after order confirmation.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customers can track shipment status through the courier partner's website.
  • Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Landmark details
  • Valid phone number

Valarpirai Agencies shall not be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information.


10. Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect the package before accepting it.
  2. Record an unboxing video without interruption.
  3. If any damage is noticed, contact us within 24 hours.

Required evidence:

  • Unboxing video
  • Product photos
  • Package photos
  • Order number

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement. This aligns with our existing replacement policy for transit damage.


11. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Valarpirai Agencies shall not be liable for:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Cyclones
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Force majeure events

12. Non-Delivery & Lost Parcels

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact our support team.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner.
  • If confirmed lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

13. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
